Crafted with a soft internal lining for comfort and a low cut back to enhance leg grip on the pole, Caviiar moves as fiercely as you do. The full lace up front gives you that snug, custom fit, while the side zipper keeps things quick and easy.

We get it sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. We offer returns and exchanges for change of mind on full priced items under the following conditions:
within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unused, and returned in all original packaging.

If you're after a different size or style, you can request an exchange by contacting us directly. If there’s a difference in price, it will be payable when you lodge the return.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us directly.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If this is not possible (e.g., expired card), we’ll issue store credit.

Please note the following non-returnable items:
Shoes that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear. Damaged or missing packaging.

Sale Policy

All sale footwear is non-refundable and not eligible for store credit. Exchanges may be made for another size or style, but all return and reshipping postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our heels are designed with a little extra room for comfort and fierce movement.

If you’re after a snug, secure fit especially for pole or performance we recommend sizing down.

Fit Example:

“I usually wear a street shoe and dance shoe size 40, but in Twisted Sister Heels, I wear a 39 for that perfect fit.”
