RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. We offer returns and exchanges for change of mind on full priced items under the following conditions:
within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unused, and returned in all original packaging.


Returns.

If you're after a different size or style, you can request an exchange by contacting us directly. If there’s a difference in price, it will be payable when you lodge the return.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us directly.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If this is not possible (e.g., expired card), we’ll issue store credit.

Sale items are non-refundable but are eligible for store credit.

Please note the following non-returnable items:
Shoes that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear. Damaged or missing packaging.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.

What Do I Do If My Order Is Lost In Transit?

Once your Twisted Sister order has been packed with love and dispatched from our QLD warehouse, it’s in the trusted hands of Australia Post.

If Australia Post experiences delays and your order arrives later than expected, Twisted Sister cannot be held liable for any damages or compensation, including discounts. In this case, we recommend lodging a formal complaint directly with Australia Post, as you are the rightful owner of the parcel.

Missing Parcel?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please start a Track and Trace enquiry through Australia Post here:

Make sure to request authorisation for Twisted Sister to access your enquiry, so we can follow up on your behalf and help get things resolved faster.

We understand how stressful a delayed or missing delivery can be, and we’ll do everything in our power to support you through it. Please note that Australia Post’s investigation process may take up to 5–10 business days.

How Do I Return My Items?

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once you’ve submitted your return request, your item must be sent back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed once your return reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it's been completed. Note: banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to finalise the refund on your end.

Twisted Sisters Pole Wear cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.

Do I Need To Pay For Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I Still Return My Item If I Purchased With A Welcome Code?

All full priced items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Can I Return A Gift Card?

Digital or physical gift cards are not eligible to be returned or cancelled.
