Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping options to get your Twisted Sister pieces to you as quickly and conveniently as possible:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary.

Order Processing Times
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding QLD public holidays).
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch your order.
  • During peak times (sales, launches), dispatch may take up to 5–7 business days.

If your order is running late, we suggest lodging an enquiry directly with Australia Post.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Start a Track and Trace enquiry: Find a missing item
  • Authorise Twisted Sister to access your enquiry so we can assist with follow-up.
  • Investigations with Australia Post can take 5–10 business days.

We understand delays are frustrating and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Pre Orders

Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated dispatch date on the product page:

  • These dates are approximate and may shift slightly
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be split-shipped
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your pre-order has been sent
